Role: GoLang Backend Engineer

About the Role
Join a cutting-edge team building privacy-centric, high-performance backend infrastructure for next-generation AdTech platforms. You’ll design and develop reliable services that handle large-scale, real-time data for contextual advertising and collaborate with talented teams across data science, analytics, and engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, streaming platforms, files).

• Develop robust microservices in GoLang that ensure high throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance.

• Implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested ETL/ELT processes with comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and data quality validation.

• Optimize performance for both real-time streaming and batch processing workloads.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve pipeline reliability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with teams to integrate pipelines with machine learning models, reporting systems, and data governance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years (ideally 5–7+) of experience developing backend systems in GoLang.

• Proven experience designing microservices architectures, ideally in cloud or hybrid environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

• Experience working with large-scale data processing, streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka, Pulsar), or ETL/ELT pipelines is a plus.

• Interest or background in privacy-first technology or AdTech is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
