Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack team of front-end and back-end engineers dedicated to building robust, scalable web applications. In this role, you’ll manage developers proficient in JavaScript (React or Vanilla), CSS, HTML, and with strong expertise in Python—guiding both client- and server-side development efforts. You will drive architectural decisions, support technical growth, and foster collaboration across C-Suite, partner teams, and fellow engineers. With a focus on creating innovative solutions, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our platform’s development and ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Technically, you:

  • Have proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional, full-stack engineering teams, with ownership over both front-end and back-end development

  • Foster an adaptable team environment, encouraging engineers to learn new technologies and transition smoothly between tech stacks.

  • Enable your team to work effectively with cloud-based infrastructure, guiding them across major providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

  • Bring experience in leading globally distributed, agile teams to deliver software iteratively, ensuring consistent alignment and collaboration across time zones and cultures.

  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate, communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with a variety of stakeholders.

 

At a minimum, you

  • Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture design, including both front-end and back-end technologies

  • Have 3–5 years of experience leading high-performing, full-stack engineering teams

  • Possess expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications

  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy in an agile environment

  • Have experience with mentoring and/or leading junior team members in both technical and non-technical facets of work
