Product Designer

We are looking for a versatile Product Designer who excels in both strategic thinking and visual design to lead the design of our client’s B2B SaaS dashboard.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply expertise in Product-led growth (PLG) principles to enhance user experiences, with a focus on seamless onboarding and leveraging in-app features for customer acquisition.

Our client

A high-growth early-stage startup based in Mexico that is unlocking financial services for the next billion farmers. They also aspire to become the next leader in its space. It’s an all-in-one management platform that offers ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to capital solutions for agro-economy businesses based in Latin America.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for the absolute best designers, you’re not only excellent at designing but you also think strategically and systematically.

You should have a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and be able to use your skills to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

More than that, you should be a great communicator who can advise on the strategy of the company, understand the market, the target customers, the founders’ vision, marketing, and can communicate with developers. You’ll be expected to offer input and recommendations on strategy, user research, and testing.

As part of your role, you’ll be collaborating with a branding expert, the founders, and our agency.

There’s also a possibility of hiring additional designers to help with your work.

How will we work?

This is a long-term freelance position.

What do we require?

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UX/UI design, as well as strong experience in Product design.

• Decent understanding of branding.

• High proficiency in Figma

• You have experience working for and advising startups (ideally early-stage startups).

• You have experience working with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• You have at least 5 years of experience.

• Native or fluent English.

• Spanish fluency.
