🏅We are hiring a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to connect Customer Success and GTM, driving customer happiness, engagement and retention. You will run the post signing customer journey, creating marketing programs and campaigns that deliver measurable impact through activation, adoption and advocacy.

In this role, you will produce and manage marketing materials and design assets across our owned and earned channels. You will lead content led campaigns, ABM programs and lifecycle communications that help customers realise value quickly and remain engaged over time.

You will work closely with the GTM, content and customer success teams, with a focus on high quality execution, pace and continuous improvement. You will set clear plans, establish measurement and feedback loops, and collaborate with agencies where needed while staying hands on with delivery.

Success in your first year will mean full lifecycle coverage, measurable improvements in adoption and retention, and a customer advocacy engine that consistently generates case studies, reviews, referrals and community engagement.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Produce and be accountable for all marketing collateral and design assets across owned, earned, and paid channels for the customer (post-signing).

  • Run community opportunities and initiatives that hero our customers and the opportunities that tem provides for them.

  • Own case studies, reviews and referral programs and come up with the playbook through test and learn, practice, data and theory.

  • Write and be the comms owner of all email marketing workflows to drive performance AND be the designated keeper of customer marketing hygiene, including templates, naming, and documentation.

  • Drive customer engagement with our product and features. Tell the story of new features at launch and contribute to light brand/community evangelism where relevant with the support of our product marketing leads.

  • Research and analyse core accounts to inform ABM strategy.

  • Biggest stakeholders: GTM, design, ops, product and customer success.

  • You’ll be a pro at:

    • Communications and writing.

    • Email and lifecycle marketing.

    • Retargeting and acting on segmented data.

    • ABM plans; specifically using a growth and experimentation mindset in ABM and lifecycle work to improve performance.

    • Cutting edge tools; able to build your own tests.

  • We’d love if you were also:

    • An original campaign builder.

    • Comfortable with agencies and able to coordinate with various agencies and internal design teams to create materials.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience delivering lifecycle and CRM programs in a fast moving B2B startup or scaleup.

  • A track record of improving adoption, retention, or NPS through campaigns and customer communications.

  • Strong writing for customers, with the ability to brief and QA design for brand consistency.

  • Competence with HubSpot or equivalent CRM and email tools, GA4 or similar, and spreadsheet analysis.

  • Habit of testing, learning, and reporting with clarity. Comfortable setting up light automation in tools like Zapier or Make.

  • Able to build trust with technical experts and challenge work without taking over.

  • Experience in climate, energy, fintech, or other regulated or complex industries.

  • ABM experience in retention or expansion contexts.

  • Familiarity with Segment, Notion, and modern GTM stacks. Basic Figma or equivalent.

  • Experience coordinating agencies or freelancers across performance, content, or ops.

  • Community and advocacy experience, including reviews, referral mechanics, and light brand evangelism.
