We are looking for a Financial Controller who will drive the day-to-day accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting for TheoremOne, LLC. You will be responsible for leading and building out a high performing team. To be successful you will need to have an agile work style in order to quickly respond to a rapidly changing environment, under tight deadlines.

Duties

• Lead the Accounting team

• Oversee the whole month-end process including the AP/AR function and Reconciliation

• Ensure that the company accounts are closed in a timely fashion and in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS

• Implement and maintain robust reporting and controls processes

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Assist with financial reports, including annual and monthly budgeting and financial planning

• Liaise with internal and external auditors

• Management of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition, working with Sales, Services, Legal, and Operations

• Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements

• Daily Cash Flow reporting

• Report to the CFO

Skills

• Managed within companies with over 100M in Revenue

• Be ASC 606 & IFRS 15 Revenue recognition proficient

• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and procedures

• Experience working in a scaling Tech business.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to create and deliver clear and concise written or verbal reports.

• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, to interact with all levels of business, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and non-finance individuals.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Bachelor In Accounting, Finance, or Economics 

• CPA license preferred

• Public accounting experience a plus

• At least 10 years of accounting experience required including 5 in a similar role
