Oversee third-party logistics partners across multiple fulfillment nodes.

• Monitor fulfillment performance and SLA adherence

• Run recurring partner cadences

• Resolve fulfillment failures, receiving discrepancies, and shipping exceptions

• Support onboarding of new nodes and allocation rules

Control Inventory Accuracy

Ensure inventory visibility and reconciliation across all nodes.

• Maintain reorder points and safety stock

• Reconcile WMS, ERP, and internal systems

• Investigate variances to root cause

• Maintain serial-level integrity

Coordinate Contract Manufacturing

Act as the operational point of contact for manufacturing partners.

• Manage purchase orders and receipt confirmation

• Track production against demand plan

• Coordinate inbound freight

• Run weekly partner agenda covering returns and FBA prep

Oversee Amazon FBA

Plan and execute replenishment while managing Amazon inventory limits.

• Create shipment plans

• Coordinate prep and labeling with partners

• Reconcile FBA inventory to system of record

Handle Returns & Reverse Logistics

Own the physical and product-side returns workflow.

• Manage carrier intake through processing and disposition

• Maintain serial continuity

• Oversee RMA workflow and automation rules

• Identify and fix breaks in the returns experience

Manage Packaging & Co-Branded Materials

Ensure correct packaging and partner-specific materials are applied.

• Maintain BOM for each packaging variant

• Set min/max levels at each node

• Manage vendor quote-to-order cycles

Coordinate Freight & Documentation

Oversee inbound, transfer, and outbound freight operations.

• Manage bills of lading and carrier selection

• Conduct freight audits

• Resolve claims

Own ERP & Processes

Ownership

Serve as the supply chain business owner in NetSuite.

• Manage item master, locations, transfer orders, and landed cost

• Align inventory data with operational reality

• Document processes and define tolerances

• Build repeatable workflows
