Our Leadership Marketing Program helps executives build their reputation and revenue through smart strategies, modern video content, and authentic writing. With a focus on LinkedIn, we’re redefining what corporate videos look like.

We’re seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll help define the future of executive video content and play a critical role in a growing startup.

Job Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production (50%)

  • Edit 1-hour interviews into a series of short social media clips 

  • Apply creative strategies by selecting impactful footage, b-roll, music, and text animations.

  • Enhance narratives through high-quality editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Artlist.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer to align edits with client strategies and branding.

  • Ensure all videos meet professional standards and are optimized for LinkedIn's platform and audience.

Creative Strategy (30%)

  • Develop compelling story arcs from interviews and raw footage.

  • Transform complex business insights into captivating short-form content that resonates with professional audiences.

  • Use your expertise to contribute ideas and elevate client branding through video storytelling.

Project Management (10%)

  • Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • Collaborate with the Founder and vendors to ensure seamless project workflows.

  • Use tools like ClickUp to track project progress and maintain organization.

Client Communication (10%)

  • Work with the client-facing team to ensure video edits align with client expectations.

  • Occasionally join client meetings to gather feedback and make revisions as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally focused on short-form social media content.

  • Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

  • Experience blending stock footage, music, and raw video clips to create high-quality content.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, with attention to pacing and narrative flow.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • English proficiency

Bonus Skills:

  • French speaker

  • Creative direction
