Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the company’s visual identity across digital platforms, client-facing materials, and internal initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of brand expression and deliver compelling designs that strengthen communication and elevate the brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and marketing assets, including social media content, videos, and podcast materials.

• Create and refine client presentations, sales decks, and internal town hall materials.

• Develop brand collateral such as brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and event materials.

• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Service, Talent, HR, and Growth teams to deliver visually compelling designs.

• Contribute fresh creative ideas to elevate the brand presence.

• Manage and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries for team use.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 6+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in B2B or tech services.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.

• Experience building and managing design asset libraries.

• Skills in video editing for social media and web (podcast editing a plus).

• Strong attention to detail with a clean, modern design aesthetic.

• Solid project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.

• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders and team members.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design workflows.
