Product Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to own our Marketing and Automations experience - a critical growth and retention driver, and one of the most powerful levers for creator success. This role will focus on building modern, intuitive marketing tools inside Uscreen, giving creators the ability to attract, nurture, onboard, and retain their audience members, while replacing third-party marketing tools. You’ll shape the system that turns casual viewers into loyal subscribers, using email broadcasts, push notifications, automation sequences, and CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete roadmap for marketing, email, and automations inside Uscreen

  • Lead a dedicated squad (engineers + design resources) focused on marketing features

  • Drive the vision for email broadcasts, automations, tags, and segmentation as a cohesive product suite

  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools across the platform (people page, apps, video experience)

  • Direct accountability for adoption and usage of marketing features as a revenue lever for creators

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to position Uscreen’s marketing suite as a key differentiator

  • Use data and customer feedback to iterate quickly, focusing on simplicity and results for creators

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years product management experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or marketing automation platforms

  • Proven track record of building or scaling tools that directly impact customer acquisition and retention

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automations, segmentation, CRM, and lifecycle marketing

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across marketing, sales, design, and engineering

  • Analytical and data-informed approach, comfortable making decisions that tie directly to customer revenue outcomes

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with creator-facing platforms or deep empathy for creator/SMB growth challenges

  • Background in marketing, automation, or CRM products (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Kit, Drip, Zapier)

  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back campaigns

  • Demonstrated success simplifying complex marketing workflows into accessible, easy-to-use tools

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms serving subscription businesses

Expected salary: $140-165k

Region: US/Canada/UK (EU - depends on the location)
