Recruiter

We are looking for a English and Spanish-speaking Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from attracting talent to interviewing and hiring outstanding employees in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring mangers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring need, connecting with potential candidates online and offline, designing funnel and conducting screening applications.

If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees

  • Design new recruiting procedures, define hiring processes and evaluation scorecards

  • Create and publish job ads

  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media

  • Screen resumes and job applications

  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (ideally in start-ups and fast growing companies)

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites

  • Familiarity with ATS

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • Fluent English, both oral and written

  • Experience in private household staff, hospitality, construction and interior design hiring would be an advantage

Nice to have: Fluent Spanish, both oral and written
