Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.

• Mentor other developers in the development process.

• Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science 

• 3+ years of significant experience as a full-stack developer (opportunity to be a team lead for highly skilled developers)

• Hands-on programming experience with Node.js and React.js

• Proficient in HTML/CSS and with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.

• Working knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and the CI/CD pipeline - critical in staying ahead of the curve.

• Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineers located globally 

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup would be an added advantage

Preferred skills:

• Firm grasp over the design and construction of REST APIs

• Deep understanding of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git

• The capability to function without hand-holding and micromanagement

• Experienced candidates will be considered for a Team Lead position
