Product UI/UX Designer

We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).

As a Product UI/UX Designer , you will be responsible for the end-to-end redesign of our current products and creating features from scratch, including the user dashboard and admin panel. You will leverage your exceptional UX and UI skills, along with your proficiency in UX writing, to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in product design, with full-cycle involvement in digital product development.

  • Mandatory experience in fintech: banking, EMI, PSP platforms, crypto.

  • Proven experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android).

  • Mandatory experience in B2B products: enterprise interfaces, back-office tools, or specialized solutions.

  • Hands-on experience building a product from scratch - from idea to market launch.

  • Experience leading or contributing to a complete product redesign with measurable impact.

  • Experience in mentoring junior designers, conducting design reviews, and growing design culture.

  • Proven track record in cross-functional teams: working closely with PMs, engineers, QA, and business analysts.

  • English B2+

Design Skills

  • Strong UI design skills: creating modern, user-friendly, and visually refined interfaces.

  • Proficient in UX-writing: crafting microcopy, defining tone of voice, improving content clarity.

  • Advanced use of Figma, including interactive components and smart animate prototyping.

  • Building and maintaining scalable and consistent design systems.

  • Skilled in rapid prototyping — developing MVPs under tight time constraints.

UX Research & Testing

  • Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing.

  • Running customer development interviews (custdev), need discovery, and user validation.

  • Planning and executing quantitative and qualitative UX research.

  • Experience with A/B testing (split and multivariate) and validating design hypotheses.

  • Presenting findings and solutions based on user behavior and research insights.

Metrics & Business Alignment

  • Working with UX metrics: CSAT, CES, NPS, Time on Task, Error Rate, System Usability Scale (SUS).

  • Applying product metrics: Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, DAU/MAU, Churn Rate, Funnel Drop-off, LTV.

  • Experience in defining and tracking KPI and OKRs in alignment with product strategy.

Security, Compliance & Communication

  • Basic understanding of secure UX/UI design and compliance with industry standards (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, PCI DSS).

  • Proven experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams, as well as active collaboration with Support, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Effective communication with remote/distributed teams, including asynchronous collaboration.

  • Confidence in presenting design decisions to C-level executives or investors, with a strong business rationale.

Additional (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with SaaS products.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, Hotjar, Smartlook

  • Animation and motion design skills: After Effects, Lottie, Principle.

  • Facilitation of design sprints and workshops, including stakeholder alignment.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development workflows.
