Expert WordPress Web Designer

💼 About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly creative and skilled Web Designer to lead and elevate our digital brand presence. You will design visually stunning, conversion-optimized, mobile-first websites that speak directly to our target audiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, UX researchers, developers, and brand strategists—to bring our ideas to life in a clean, modern, user-centric format.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Design high-end, responsive websites using Figma, Webflow, or similar platforms.

• Translate brand narratives and goals into visual storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.

• Lead the end-to-end design process: wireframing, prototyping, mockups, and responsive layouts.

• Implement A/B testing insights and user feedback to continually improve design performance.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.

• Create design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Maintain awareness of digital trends, animation techniques, and UX principles.

💡 Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in web/UI design (agency or SaaS experience preferred)

• Portfolio that demonstrates premium design aesthetics and clean UX/UI principles

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and design systems

• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but you understand how designs are built)

• Comfortable with animations and microinteractions (LottieFiles, GSAP, etc.)

• Ability to collaborate in English (written and spoken fluency required)

• Proven track record designing for fast-growing brands or digital products

🔥 Bonus:

• Experience working with North American startups or ecommerce/DTC brands

• Motion design or video editing experience

• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel design
