About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Visual Designer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Visual Design team, which is responsible for transforming the goal of the company and the product into a sensible user experience and also looking after that experience to ensure it's scalable and sustainable. What you’ll be working on:

• Creating high-quality visual assets across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding elements.

• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and user-centric design.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends in the crypto and fintech space.

• Translating complex financial concepts into clear and intuitive visuals.

• Developing and maintaining our design style guide.

• Participating in user research and usability testing to refine the user experience.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing social media graphics and meme posts.

• A deep passion for the crypto community and a good understanding of CeDeFi concepts.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines and respond quickly to requests.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Growth Ops team.

• Video editing and motion graphic skills (a plus but not mandatory).

• Fluent English.
