Product Manager

About the role

Our goal is to swiftly gather high-quality skills data in the most efficient manner possible.

About your team

You are about to become a member of our Chameleon team in Europe, a dynamic group comprising both seasoned Workera professionals and fresh talents. This team plays a crucial role in shaping the assessment experience, focusing on evaluating our customers' skills in specific areas.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Lead the team on the strategic direction of the assessment experience

  • Closely collaborate with the engineering manager, where you are responsible for the shaping of projects, and the engineering manager for the planning

  • Work closely with designers and engineers on the scope and complexity of upcoming features. 

  • Understand tradeoffs of time to build vs value to the customer

  • Identify and document vertical slices of a project that can be delivered as value to our customers

  • Able to communicate and negotiate tradeoffs with stakeholders to drive prioritization 

  • Write and communicate release documentation highlighting the customer pain point and the end solution

  • Become familiar with the Shape Up process

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Drive the strategy for the assessment experience, making a real-world impact on the way our customers experience taking an assessment

  • Establish, track, and report progress on product metrics

  • Conduct product feedback interviews with customers to solicit and gather feedback on existing features, as well as speak to new features coming up in development

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Actively participate in building the best product organization you have ever seen

  • Created an environment where all cross-functional teams are actively engaged in shaping and building the future of our assessments

What You’ll Bring

  • ~3-5 years working as a Product Manager

  • Leadership skills and ability to drive and influence product strategy across Workera

  • Deep knowledge of the needs of enterprise customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical writing ability, and use of data to back up your arguments

  • Ability to stay focused on goals and strategically prioritize work

  • A passion for well-crafted, behavior-based experiences that delight customers

  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants, applying them effectively within your work context
