Junior Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, product thinkers, and brand strategists to bring ideas to life - whether that’s creating visuals for social media, refining UI layouts, or contributing to brand and product design systems.

Tasks

What You’ll Do
As a Junior Designer, your day-to-day will be a blend of learning, experimentation, and creative execution. You’ll:

  • Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads on design projects.

  • Support the creation of brand and marketing assets across digital platforms.

  • Contribute to design systems, visual libraries, and reusable components.

  • Participate in brainstorms, design critiques, and collaborative workshops.

  • Assist in preparing mockups, presentations, and case studies.

  • Continuously explore new design tools, trends, and techniques to enhance your craft.

Requirements

Who You Are
You’re curious, adaptable, and hungry to grow. You’re not afraid to ask questions, take feedback, or iterate on your work. You might still be learning, but you care deeply about design craft, storytelling, and impact.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have a strong foundation in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Understand the basics of layout, hierarchy, colour, and typography.

  • Are comfortable taking feedback and collaborating in a team setting.

  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and take ownership of your work.

  • Have a portfolio that demonstrates your process and design thinking.

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Mentorship from senior designers and access to structured learning sessions.

  • Real-world projects that build your confidence and portfolio.

  • A creative, inclusive environment that values growth and experimentation.

  • Opportunities to contribute ideas, not just execute them.

  • Hybrid/remote flexibility depending on your location.
