Motion Design Lead

We’re looking for a Motion Design Lead — someone who not only creates impactful creatives but also builds processes, leads a team, and drives performance marketing through high-quality content.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and video production.

• 2+ years in a lead position, managing motion teams or creative squads.

• Proficient in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Photoshop.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing and production.

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate performance-driven ideas.

• Process-oriented mindset: automations, templates, plug-ins, pipelines.

• English level: B1 or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with AI avatars, 2D animation, illustration.

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinating the creative team's workflow - setting priorities, assigning tasks, ensuring quality, and meeting deadlines.

• Leading and mentoring the motion design team - helping them stay focused, grow professionally, and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Initiating and running experiments with new formats and styles - combining creativity with data, going beyond classic UGC, and testing fresh visual approaches.

• Building a creative production process - implementing templates, reusable components, and automation to streamline work.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams - understanding goals deeply and aligning creative work to drive impact.

• Taking ownership of creative performance - from idea to execution, ensuring that your work contributes to core metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
