UI/UX Designer

As our first UI/UX designer, you’ll focus on helping us to build the most intuitive and beautiful product in the world!

​

What you will do:

• Lead design for immediate roadmap initiatives: drive research, design flows from high level overview to detailed mockups

• Work tightly with engineers, product managers and broader team to ship products

• Approve the product quality

• Lead design research on critical initiatives

• Dive deep into understanding equivocal client needs and come up with thoughtful design solutions to their problems

• Build up our design team and establish a design culture

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role

• Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and product managers to ship products

• Experience with complex user workflows and UX design of B2B products

• Portfolio highlighting thought process throughout product development in past projects

• Editorial eye and strong design voice

• Attention to detail

• Experience using Figma, Sketch

• Experience building and maintaining top notch UI library/reusable components

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment
