Senior Software Engineer

Remote (US) | Reports to: Sr. Manager of Engineering

Our AI ecosystem blends generative AI, predictive models, and structured people data to deliver intelligent guidance directly in the flow of work — helping Executives, HR leaders, and managers move beyond measuring people outcomes to actively improving them.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and contribute to initiatives to build AI experience in the Flow of Work (Slack, MS Teams, Calendar, web, and email)

  • Build and support 3rd party integrations with platforms like Slack, MS Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

  • Follow and implement software engineering best practices, and set the foundations for the Agentic Ecosystem and experience in the Flow of Work

  • Work across a diverse tech stack: Python, React, JavaScript, Django, FastAPI, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, Relational and NoSQL Databases

  • Collaborate with Product/Software Engineers to design and build new functionality; maintain and improve existing functionality to solve customer problems

  • Leverage AI-assisted tools across the full development lifecycle — design, code generation, testing, review, and deployment

  • Review code and architecture designs developed by other developers; contribute to documentation and create new ones

  • Bring a Product mindset — contribute to strategic planning, vision, goals, and roadmap

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including algorithms, design patterns, and architectural patterns

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, Go, Scala; as well as SQL, Relational and No-SQL database technologies

  • Experience with cloud-native development environments

  • Familiarity with Python frameworks (Django is nice to have)

  • Prior experience or familiarity with AI model building and running, or knowledge graphs is a plus

  • Experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows (code review, testing, documentation, CI/CD)

  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agentic systems or autonomous agents

  • Exposure to DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, Django, or similar technologies

  • Background in HR tech, people systems, or performance management

Work Schedule

  • Fully Remote, Monday–Friday

  • Typical hours align with 9am–5pm ET, with flexibility

  • Some early‑morning meetings may be required to support cross‑time‑zone collaboration

Compensation

$120,500 - $160,000 a year
