Senior Full-Stack Developer

We're an ultra-premium health performance company serving elite founders and UHNW individuals globally. We install biological operating systems — combining world-class physicians, functional medicine, precision diagnostics, and direct access to our founder's network.

We are building the software infrastructure that powers this model. It does not exist yet. We are building it from scratch, and we need the engineer who can architect it correctly from day one — because what we are building in stage one has to be compatible with what we are building in stage six.

The Product

This is not a health dashboard. It is a longitudinal health intelligence system — a multi-stage platform that tracks, correlates, and predicts health outcomes for UHNW clients. The stages:

Stage 1 (MVP): Mobile-first client app with daily and weekly check-in prompts, API integrations with Whoop, Oura, and Apple Health, progress photo uploads, compliance visualisation, and push notifications.

Stage 2: Client portal with protocol delivery, daily and weekly schedule builder, monthly/yearly calendar view, and calendar integration.

Stage 3: Progress mapping, monthly/weekly scoring, and diagnostic visualisation — tracking health trajectory against protocol adherence.

Stage 4: Supplement database with biomarker tagging, click-to-purchase automation, automated repurchase triggers, and delivery tracking.

Stage 5+: Correlative health data engine — isolating variables across biomarkers, supplements, training, and outcomes to identify what is actually driving each client's results.

The architecture you build at stage one must be designed with stages four through six already in mind. This is not optional.

What You Will Build First

Mobile app (iOS + Android): Daily/weekly check-in flows, Whoop/Oura/Apple Health integrations, progress photo upload, compliance dashboards, push notifications.

Backend: Physician and operator dashboard, client onboarding pipelines, protocol delivery logic, auditable data flows.

Website: Public-facing site as a parallel workstream alongside the Growth Operations Manager.

The Technical Challenge

No vibe coding. ERD-first. Every schema decision must account for the data relationships stages four and five will require. The data model must support longitudinal records with correlative queries. The supplement database needs biomarker tagging from day one. Check-in data feeds into progress scoring feeds into the correlative engine — one architecture.

Tech Stack

Full autonomy. Preferences: React Native or Flutter (mobile), Node.js / Python FastAPI (backend), PostgreSQL + Supabase with RLS + pgvector (database), AWS or Vercel + Docker + CI/CD (infrastructure). Figma Pro and GitHub Pro provided. GoDaddy is not acceptable.

Non-Negotiables

• Proven track record shipping mobile apps to the App Store and Play Store — links required

• Strong backend and database skills — you start with the ERD, not the feature

• Experience building systems that scale across multiple feature stages without reconstruction

• Self-directed — no PM, no hand-holding

• Strong written English — remote, async, documentation-first

Years of experience is not the filter. Architecture thinking and shipped mobile products are.

Strong Preference For

• Wearable platform integration (Apple HealthKit, Whoop, Oura)

• Health, biotech, or data-sensitive application background

• HIPAA or GDPR-regulated environment experience

• Longitudinal data modelling or time-series database experience

• Fast-moving startup where you owned the full stack
