About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Lead to take point on client-facing MOPS projects. You’ll be the strategic lead responsible for ensuring our work is delivered on time, with clarity, and at a high level of quality.
This role is for someone who knows HubSpot inside and out, is confident advising B2B SaaS companies, and can own the project end-to-end — from kickoff to rollout, including documentation, training, and stakeholder management. You’ll work alongside specialists who do the hands-on execution, but it’s your job to drive clarity, close loops, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a player/coach role — you won’t be doing every task yourself, but you’ll know enough to guide, QA, and step in when needed.
Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Communication
• Be the primary point of contact for MOPS projects
• Own weekly syncs, timelines, and project tracking in ClickUp
• Set clear expectations, share updates proactively, and manage scope creep
• Translate business objectives into HubSpot architecture, workflows, and reporting
Project Leadership
• Drive projects from audit to implementation to rollout
• Build and maintain shared client-facing trackers, SOPs, and documentation
• QA all deliverables and ensure they meet client needs before shipping
• Coordinate with internal team members (analysts, designers, DG leads)
Systems & Process Expertise
• Guide clients on HubSpot best practices: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, reporting
• Architect workflows, data structure, and automation logic (you won’t build all of it, but you’ll own the “what” and “why”)
• Support integrations with tools like Salesforce, Segment, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.
Enablement & Training
• Deliver tailored training sessions by persona (e.g. sales, marketing, ops)
• Create internal & client-facing SOPs using Loom, GDocs, and templates
• Ensure the systems you implement are adopted and used correctly
What You Bring
• 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or RevOps
• Deep expertise with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Comfortable interfacing with VP and Director-level clients
• Experience in B2B SaaS (agency experience a big plus)
• Strategic thinker who can balance high-level direction with execution details
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize ruthlessly
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot Segment, Clearbit, Zapier, Chili Piper, or Make
• Experience building lifecycle scoring models or attribution frameworks
• Exposure to complex MOPS projects like account hierarchies or cross-system syncs
• Light technical skills (HTML, JSON, basic SQL, HubSpot custom code, Replit)

Compensation
• $105,000 – $120,000 CAD per year (based on experience & location)
• Optional contractor path: $55–95/hr CAD
