We’re a fully asynchronous, AI-first engineering team. There’s no Slack firehose, no daily standups, and no constant meetings. Work happens independently and intentionally, with deep focus as the default.

About This Role

We’re looking for engineers who are open-minded, product-driven, and excited to work alongside AI.

You don’t need to be the most senior developer in the room. What matters more is curiosity, adaptability, and comfort using modern AI tools to move fast and solve real problems. You'll be part of a new wave of software development that requires more creativity, experimentation, and rapid context switching between different problems and technologies. We'll fully support you in developing your skills and pursuing your passions. There's lots to do, from crafting clever prompts to building features that feel like magic.

A large part of the role is:

Shaping the product alongside customers
Shipping quickly
Fixing bugs and improving real user workflows
Taking ownership of issues and treating urgent problems as your problems

Titles matter less here — think builder, owner, or even “vibe coder” rather than traditional labels.

AI-First Development

We embrace AI deeply in our day-to-day work.

You’ll be expected to:

Work heavily with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor)
Focus more on directing, reviewing, and shaping output than typing every line of code
Use AI as a multiplier, not a crutch

Build exciting new features that combine LLMs, prompt engineering, and creative problem-solving in ways that feel magical to our users
Experiment with cutting-edge AI capabilities and turn wild ideas into working code
Work with Python FastAPI backend and Firebase to bring innovative features to life
Collaborate on React + NextJS frontend development to create seamless user experiences
Rapidly switch between different challenges - from crafting the perfect prompt to debugging tricky integrations
