Product Lead (Builder)

Hi, I’m Kir, Co-founder and CPO at Adapty. Five years ago, we started as a small team of five. Today we’re a profitable company with over 170 people, working with 15,000+ apps, processing $2B+ a year, and leading our niche in mobile monetization.

Our mission is simple: help every app unlock its full revenue potential. We grow together with our customers through a revenue-sharing model, so every update we ship instantly reflects on their revenue – and on ours.

Our product team is about 30 people – highly experienced, data-driven, and focused on building tools that actually move the numbers. Everyone gives direct feedback, challenges assumptions, and keeps the product tied to real value.

Now we’re looking for a Product Lead to drive the next stage of our product evolution. You’ll work on the tools and workflows that let developers create, experiment, and optimize subscription flows, paywalls, and AI-powered user experiences.

  • Builder Tools & Paywalls: create and manage onboarding, paywalls, subscriptions, and in-app flows. Run A/B tests, launch updates instantly—no app release needed.

  • AI Prototyping & Automation: experiment with AI-powered product workflows that suggest paywalls, flows, and optimizations.

  • Analytics & Insights: track funnels, retention, LTV, and revenue impact. Make decisions with data, not guesses.

  • Revenue Optimization: everything from predicting adoption to testing revenue strategies at scale.

  • Integrations: dozens of 3rd-party tools to make adoption, testing, and automation seamless.

What you’ll do

  • Set the vision for our builder and AI workflow tools, shaping how developers monetize globally.

  • Scope MVPs, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and growth teams to ship high-impact features.

  • Use data to measure adoption, conversion, and revenue impact—then act on it.

  • Explore new AI-powered product opportunities and test hypotheses end-to-end.

About you

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally in mobile, SaaS, or subscription monetization.

  • Experience with builder tools, paywalls, or workflow platforms.

  • Comfortable running and analyzing A/B tests, understanding funnels and revenue metrics.

  • Data-driven, product-minded, and able to turn insights into action.

  • Collaborative and confident, with strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted product design or prototyping.

  • Worked on subscription apps, mobile SDKs, or monetization optimization.

  • Previous experience scaling a product or revenue from tens to hundreds of millions.
