đź“‹ What You Will Do
Take end-to-end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent and closing complex senior-level requisitions
Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for assigned requisitions
Ensure hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review
Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing expert market insights and influencing decisions to ensure the best possible hire
✅ What We’re Looking For
6–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2–3 years focusing on senior-level roles in high-growth tech companies (fintech, SaaS, etc.)
Proven track record hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions
Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting technologies
Builder’s mindset: proactively identifying process gaps and creating scalable solutions
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong operational excellence: maintaining a pristine ATS, optimizing recruiting funnels, and ensuring flawless execution
Stakeholder management: trusted advisor to hiring managers, able to respectfully challenge assumptions and guide long-term decisions
Hunter mentality: advanced sourcing techniques, proactive pipeline building, relentless drive to find “A Players”
Data-driven decision making: using metrics to inform strategies and minimize bias
Candidate experience obsession: ensuring every candidate has a world-class experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
