Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain our community members interested in Sync Neural, renewable energy, and Web3.

• Content Management: Create and maintain a community content calendar and schedule, ensuring alignment with our mission and brand messaging.

• Events: Plan, organize, and moderate community-focused events, such as webinars and discussions on the intersection of Sync Neural, renewable energy, and Web3.

• Social Media Campaigns: Implement social media and communication campaigns in line with our innovative technologies.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content and campaigns for social media accounts, including Discord, Twitter, and LinkedIn, focusing on Sync Neural applications in renewable energy and Web3.

• Community Interaction: Respond promptly to comments and user queries across various platforms, fostering discussions around sustainable tech.

• Feedback Monitoring: Monitor and report on community feedback, technology trends, and online reviews within the renewable energy and Web3 space.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, DevX, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and environmental advocates.

• Community Leadership: Establish a public presence on Twitter and other platforms as a well-known advocate for Sync Neural in renewable energy and Web3.

• Technology Awareness: Stay updated on Sync Neural, renewable energy innovations, and Web3 technology trends.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our COO and marketing team.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a social media and community manager with a passion for Sync Neural, renewable energy, and Web3.

• Initiative Launch: Demonstrated experience launching community initiatives, especially in emerging tech spaces.

• Discord Management: Proficiency in managing a Discord Server.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.

• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Sustainability Enthusiast: An interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

• Startup Experience: Previous experience in a tech startup or sustainable tech field.
