Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Who We Are

At Alyssa Nobriga, we believe extraordinary businesses are built by extraordinary leaders.

Our mission is to transform the coaching industry by developing world-class coaches, leaders, and entrepreneurs who create meaningful change in the lives of others. We're more than an online education company— we’re helping coaches, therapists, and leaders break through the limiting patterns holding them back from the impact and income they are truly capable of. So they can fully embody their purpose and serve on a deeper level.

Our values run deep:

  • Purpose-Driven – Everything we do is centered around creating lasting impact for our students and the communities they serve.

  • Compassion Meets Excellence – We believe kindness and high performance belong together. We support one another while holding ourselves to exceptional standards.

  • Continuous Growth – We invest in our team's personal and professional development through coaching, cross-functional learning, and ongoing AI training.

  • Ownership & Innovation – We embrace responsibility, seek better ways to work, and continually evolve alongside the rapidly changing world.

  • World-Class Experience – We strive to deliver an exceptional experience for every student, partner, and teammate.

We're a remote-first team spread across the globe, united by a shared mission rather than a shared office. We believe great work can happen from anywhere, giving our team the freedom to live where they thrive while collaborating with talented people who genuinely care about one another's success.

Working here means joining a company that's helping shape the future of transformational education while investing in your own growth every step of the way. You'll have access to our coaching programs, opportunities to expand beyond your core role, and the chance to make a meaningful impact alongside an ambitious, supportive team

About the Role

We are looking for a CMO to own our entire growth engine, paid and organic, as we move ICM from a launch-dependent business to a year-round evergreen revenue ecosystem.

This is one role with two halves that have to work as a single system. On the paid side, you own funnel architecture, media buying, and revenue accountability. On the organic side, you own the podcast, Instagram, YouTube, the newsletter, and the website as a genuine acquisition channel, not a brand presence.

You will be strategic and hands-on. You will set the customer journey, lead the marketing team, and stay close enough to the copy, the ads, and the numbers to know exactly why something is or is not working.

What You Will Own

  1. Funnel Architecture & the Value Ladder

    • Own the full customer journey from first touch through program enrollment, across both evergreen and live launches

    • Design lead magnets, quizzes, webinars, opt-ins, and email sequences, and the retargeting paths that support them

    • Build low-ticket and mid-ticket ascension paths into ICM

    • Integrate launches into the evergreen ecosystem rather than running them as separate events

  2. Revenue Marketing Leadership

    • Own enrollment growth as an outcome, not a set of marketing activities

    • Make sure every campaign has a clear strategic reason, a clear measurement, and a clear owner

    • Connect marketing decisions to revenue, P&L, CPA, and enrollment targets

    • Produce regular reporting and dashboards on revenue and P&L impact

  3. Paid Media Strategy & Media Buying

    • Own paid strategy across platforms with a working command of CPA, funnel economics, attribution, retargeting, and platform shifts

    • Either execute in-house or manage external media buyers and hold them accountable to the numbers

    • Keep paid and organic pointed at the same funnel so the two compound instead of competing

  4. Organic Growth & Content

    • Architect the organic strategy across podcast, Instagram, YouTube, newsletter, website, partnerships, and PR

    • Own the conversion path from content to captured lead on every channel, measured in email subscribers and enrollments rather than reach

    • Grow the podcast toward Top 10 category rankings while building the lead-generation system around it

    • Know platform mechanics at a practitioner level, Instagram Reels in particular

    • Direct content creators and contractors, set the quality bar, and give direct feedback on work that misses it

    • Build an ecosystem where the platforms reinforce each other instead of running as separate channels

  5. Direct Response Copy & Conversion Rate Optimization

    • Lead messaging strategy and write the copy briefs

    • Review and improve conversion across sales pages, landing pages, email campaigns, ad copy, webinar scripts, and nurture sequences

    • Oversee affiliate promo copy and the conversion content that runs on social and the podcast

  6. Affiliate & Partnership Growth

    • Audit current partners and student affiliates

    • Attract, onboard, and reactivate partners, and build the promo plans and assets they need

  7. Team Leadership

    • Lead the marketing team with clear priorities, roles, timelines, and success metrics

    • Manage across design, video, social, podcast, copy, web, ads, operations, and customer journey implementation

    • Identify the roles we are missing and hire them

  8. Founder & Leadership Communication

    • Deliver clear leadership updates, dashboards, priorities, and decision points

    • Protect the founder's time for vision, teaching, content, and strategic work

What Success Looks Like in 6 to 12 Months

  • Enrollment growth with a clear attribution line back to the channels that produced it

  • A working evergreen funnel that produces revenue between launches

  • Paid spend that scales on known CPA and funnel economics rather than guesswork

  • Sustained organic audience growth with a measurable increase in the email list and organic-attributed leads

  • Top 10 podcast rankings in category

  • More inbound PR, partnership, and collaboration opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years in senior marketing or growth roles

  • Deep direct response experience, and the funnel architecture chops to design a journey end to end

  • A track record moving a business from live-launch dependency to evergreen or hybrid revenue

  • Strong command of paid media economics: CPA, retargeting, attribution, funnel math

  • Real organic growth experience with a thought leader or a large brand, taking strong visibility to significant reach and converting that reach into revenue

  • Strong copywriting and CRO judgment

  • Experience leading launches for high-ticket programs and building low and mid-ticket ascension paths

  • Experience managing creative, copy, ads, social, email, web, and funnel implementation teams

  • Dashboard and analytics discipline, and comfort being held to numbers

  • The emotional intelligence to lead a founder-led brand with care and clarity

  • Obsessed with measurable results, direct in communication, and willing to challenge creators on quality

  • This must be your only job. No side businesses, no parallel client work

Preferred Experience

  • Coaching, personal development, certification programs, transformational education, wellness, psychology, spirituality, or creator-led education brands

  • ICF-style coaching programs or other high-trust education products

  • Affiliate and partner-led launches

  • AI-assisted content systems

This Is Not the Right Role For

  • Anyone running a side business, freelancing, or working through an agency model

  • Brand strategists without funnel and revenue experience

  • Social media managers, or paid ads buyers who have not owned the full customer journey

  • Anyone who needs a large corporate team in order to execute

  • Anyone uncomfortable with numbers, CPA, dashboards, and revenue accountability

  • Anyone who wants to advise rather than own the outcome

  • Part-time availability

Logistics

  • Fully remote

  • Overlap with PST timezone

  • 1099 contract, full-time, long-term. Open to candidates who prefer W2 employment
