Bilingual Service Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About Us

Dynamic House Cleaning has served Santa Cruz County, California, since 1980. Our coordinators also support Anita’s Housekeeping Referral Agency, our sister company connecting independent cleaning providers with clients.

About the Role

We are hiring a bilingual Service Coordinator for an initial three-month assignment through early January 2027. The position may continue long term based on performance and business needs, but continued work is not guaranteed.

This is not a receptionist role. You will make scheduling decisions, solve problems in real time, and support clients and cleaners across two businesses with different processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and respond to callouts, cancellations, delays, access problems, and other changes.

  • Handle calls, texts, emails, and video calls in English and Spanish.

  • Prepare quotes, schedule services, and follow up with prospective clients.

  • Resolve routine problems independently and clearly document decisions and handoffs.

  • Recruit and screen cleaners and independent service providers.

  • Complete recurring administrative and operational tasks accurately.

Requirements

  • Near-native spoken and written English.

  • Fluent spoken Spanish.

  • Clear, natural communication with US clients during unscripted calls.

  • Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Accurate professional writing with excellent grammar and spelling.

  • Ability to handle calls while typing and working across multiple systems.

  • Willingness to receive feedback and adjust quickly.

  • Reliable attendance and stable availability.

  • Quiet workspace, reliable computer and internet, quality headset, and backup internet access.

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, operations, or customer support is strongly preferred.

Schedule

  • Approximately 34-40 hours per week, with no more than five workdays or eight paid hours per day.

  • Initial training takes place Monday-Friday.

  • The schedule may include Saturday and Sunday after training.

  • Assigned hours will fall between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Pacific on weekdays (but no more than 8 hours total), 9:00 AM-4:00 PM Saturday, and/or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Sunday.

  • Each workday includes a 30-minute unpaid break.

  • You must confirm that these Pacific Time hours work in your location.

Compensation

  • $12-$13 USD per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.

  • $500 one-time bonus upon completion of the full three-month assignment.

  • Performance-based monthly bonuses.

  • Merit-based compensation reviews if the position continues beyond the initial assignment.
