
Technical Recruiter
Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this full lifecycle recruiting role, you’ll lead recruiting efforts for product and engineering positions across the US, Mexico, and the Philippines, while also supporting hiring needs in other business areas. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent that will drive out company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and evaluate technical candidates across multiple regions (US, Mexico, and Philippines) using various recruiting channels
Partner with hiring managers to understand the position requirements and ensure alignment on their core competencies and skillsets
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs
Assist with recruitment efforts for other business functions as needed, based on hiring volume and business needs
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and updates on hiring progress
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field
3+ years of technical recruiting experience for a US-based B2B SaaS company
Demonstrated success recruiting across international markets, particularly in the US, Mexico, and the Philippines
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Gusto, etc).
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various candidate attraction methods
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt recruitment approaches to different markets
Proven ability to recruit top-tier talent
Excellent communication skills
Very effective in a remote-work environment
