Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to produce visually engaging decks, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing materials for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing decks and presentations for client meetings and internal use.

• Develop and design newsletters and other marketing materials that align with our brand and messaging.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with ArcherAffiliates.com's branding and visual guidelines.

• Design marketing materials for use at industry events and tradeshows

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.

• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of sales and marketing principles and how design can support these functions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
