Back Office Analyst

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Give quick support to the merchant, solve the issue, and escalate to the correct department

  • Make the withdrawals analysis, send the payment proof correctly, and also identify possible system errors 

  • Make the approvals of pending payments that still need to be settled by the system.

  • Analyze the not found payment escalating them to the processor. 

  • Make the payments conciliation of the active PSPs, identifying and approving the received ones.

  • Proceed with the payment refunds as needed.

Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the product, ability to handle more complex problem-solving, enhanced merchants' service skills, familiarity with internal company processes

  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets to check payment statements and reconciliation

  • Have proactivity, agile, and excellent communication with merchants
