  • Content layout: Organize and structure presentation content, including text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements, to ensure clarity and coherence.
  • Visual design: Create visually appealing slide designs, backgrounds, and templates that align with the presentation's message and branding, including designing and sourcing photos, graphics, icons, and illustrations, visualizing data in clear and unique ways, and ensuring a consistent visual experience through typography, color, and formatting while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Slide transitions and animation: Apply slide transitions and animation effects as needed to enhance the presentation experience.
  • Meaningful "surround sound" engagements: Lead, shape, and execute pre- and post-meeting experiential/visual/creative deliverables to augment and amplify agency experience and differentiation.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with internal pitch teams, presenters, subject matter experts, marketing leadership, and the new business operations team to transform content, ideas, and data into compelling stories and visuals that deliver on presentation objectives.
  • Meeting deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, especially for presentations scheduled for conferences or important business meetings.
  • Staying current: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in presentation design and visual storytelling.
  • Providing guidance: Support internal teams with visual communication strategies and effective storytelling techniques.
  • Managing reviews: Incorporate feedback into presentation materials during the review process.
  • Collaborating externally: Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support presentation production and design.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure that presentations are error-free, visually consistent, and polished to a high degree.

About You

Your expected qualifications for this role include:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is ideal but not required. Specialized training in presentation design is highly preferred.
  • Experience: A background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
  • Software proficiency: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc. Familiarity with motion, video, AI, and other presentation-enhancing software is a plus.
