People Manager

THE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!

As our People Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe by building a great culture and promotion top talent onboard.

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Structure a People roadmap and help us build a strong culture, supported by new initiatives, aligned with our values and business goals

  • Foster a cheerful environment of dynamic communication, learning, sharing and collaboration

  • Setup and run our performance appraisals, feedback loops, compensation structure and career progression

  • Define the retention and employer strategy, inside-out

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and team managers to ensure seamless execution supported by the best talent on board

Mandatory requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple companies

  • Experience in People Ops and Culture (re)building at a tech company or startup

  • Hands-on experience in retention initiatives, career management and employer strategy

  • Experience at B2C businesses

Brownie points:

  • Experience at a medium-sized startup, ideally at a scale-up stage

  • Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps and priorisation systems

  • Dog owner.
