We are a bold new game studio with a mission to build cutting-edge AAA entertainment for the 21st century.  Our team is veterans in online games, social games, and crypto from EA, Epic Games,Riot, Blizzard, Sony, EA, and Decentraland.  We are fully funded and building a dream team of A-players who want to work with the best of the best and take their careers to the next level.

OPPORTUNITY

As a senior producer, you will contribute to the design, development, and live management of a brand-new IP. Our first game, Big Time, is a multiplayer ARPG. This role is for a scrappy, hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide the creation and delivery of a “AAA” game world experience through its early access launch and beyond.

  • Plan products and work with Art, Design, Audio, engineering, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience.

  • Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company.

  • Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager.

  • Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products.

  • Experience with live team operations or software as a service.

  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Must love games!

DESIRABLE

  • Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games.

  • Experience with JIRA or similar software.

  • Experience working on a distributed team spread across several time zones (From Hawaii to Brazil).
