Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Integrator (CMI)

You'll be playing a key and active role in the company mission to inspire more people on their journey to superhuman health, as we scale from over 300,000 happy BIOptimizers customers to over 3 million. GameON!

You will work closely with our Chief Marketing Integrator (CMI), the “Traffic Titans” team, and all of the Core Marketing Teams across the organization, including our ‘BIOptimizers’ and ‘Nootopia’ brands. You will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the CMI, and working to streamline daily administrative and operational tasks, while supporting strategic initiatives, functioning as both a partner, and managing long-term projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, a highly skilled and  detailed orchestrator to manage the day-to-day issues and keep the CMI’s people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategies ‘on track’. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, and have a strong background in marketing. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CMI's day-to-day activities, coordinating his schedule, managing projects, and serving as a liaison between the CMI and internal/external stakeholders.

As an Executive Assistant, you are:

  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in the Google Suite tools (i.e. Google Sheets, Google Doc, Google Slides, Gmail, Google Calendar etc…)  and have experience with project management and communications tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Slack.

Leading Team Member Candidates:

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. This educational background will provide the foundation necessary to understand and support the CMI's strategic goals and objectives.

  • The Executive Assistant must be proficient in a variety of technology tools, including Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Slides and Gmail Automation / Labels, Slack, and JIRA. They will be responsible for managing projects and communications, and therefore, must be comfortable with the technology necessary to facilitate these tasks.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. They will be able to identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome them. They will have the ability to analyze complex data and information and use it to make informed decisions.

  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CMI's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, among other tasks. They must have exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and marketing operations. They will have experience supporting marketing executives and will be able to provide strategic support on various marketing projects and initiatives.

  • This role is 100% remote / work from home, Full Time and the Executive Assistant will be required to keep Pacific Time Zone working hours.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $2,500 to $3,000 monthly. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

  • Zoom Interview: This 30 minute third party Zoom interview will be conducted by our EA recruitment specialists to ensure a proper fit for this role. Your happiness in the role is just as important as ours.

  • Brief Work Project: This short work project that takes on average 30-90 minutes allows us to review your approach to mock work scenarios like you’ll be assigned as part of your employment. This work project gives you a chance to show off your skills, and will give you a sense of the type of work you’ll do with us.

  • Paid Work Project: The final (2) candidates selected, will be asked to do a paid work project in which they read the book “Buy Back Your Time”, by Dan Martell and create a 15 minute slide presentation outlining how you’ll implement the methodologies taught in the book for your leader. This project is paid at a rate of $250 USD via (paypal, etc.)
