Operations & Executive Assistant (Remote – Latin America Preferred)

We’re hiring an Operations & Executive Assistant to help keep our fast-growing online coaching business running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is part-time (15–25 hours/week) but requires daily availability Monday through Friday, between 10am–4pm CST, to support time-sensitive tasks and handle occasional last-minute needs. You won’t be expected to work the full 6-hour block daily — just to be responsive and available to jump in when needed.

About the Role

This is a part-time, remote role expected to average 15-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours outside of 10am - 4pm EST core availability.

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our coaching and digital product business by handling recurring admin tasks, scheduling, tech updates, inbox management, and operational clean-up that keeps the business moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

  • Proactive and resourceful — you don’t wait to be told every step

  • Tech-comfortable (you don’t need to code, but you should be confident clicking around tools like Canva, Google Drive, or a CRM)

  • Comfortable working independently with high standards

You’ll work closely with our founder and existing team to help us move faster, stay organized, and protect the CEO’s time and energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling and updating email campaigns (templates provided)

  • Updating links, tags, and assets before and during live events

  • Organizing and tagging support emails (no full customer service responses needed just clear sorting and escalation)

  • Managing small projects in Google Workspace

  • Creating simple Canva graphics (reminders, social posts, workshop images;
    templates provided))

  • Supporting community cleanup in Facebook groups (declining spam, deleting
    outdated posts, posting recordings, etc)

  • Jumping in to solve operational hiccups when needed

  • Experience working with Go High Level or similar CRMs

  • Familiarity with Slack, Canva and Google Workspace

Position Details

  • Hours: 15–20/week (with flexibility outside CST core hours)

  • Pay: $9–$12 USD/hour depending on experience

  • Location: Latin America preferred due to timezone congruence

  • Start date: ASAP (within the next 1–3 weeks)

Is there a trial or test period? About how long?
Yes! There will be a fully-paid 30-day trial to make sure it is a great fit for both of us. If everything goes well, we'll continue with long-term work from there.
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
This is a part-time role (15–25 hours/week). We ask that you're available and responsive between 10am–4pm CST, Monday through Friday — meaning you can hop into Slack or email if something time-sensitive comes up. That said, we totally understand if you need to step away to grab lunch, pick up kids, or handle normal life things — we’re a lifestyle-first brand. As long as you're generally around during core hours, we trust you to manage your day!
