Creative Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who has the magic ability of turning vague specs into sistine chapel level artworks. Sure, we don’t expect you to have used Photoshop before it had layers, but a solid grasp of PS, Illustrator and After Effects will get you really far here!

What? You’re not replacing your whole team with AI? Nah, not really our thing. But if you’ve got experience working with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Sora and Runway (and others), and make your prompts result in Masterpieces as opposed to images of cursed renaissance babies, we’re all for it!

Your challenges will include

• Owning the Vibe: You’ll build and maintain a visual identity that is fresh, bold, and allergic to "corporate boring."

• Full-Stack Design: From high-converting ads and social promos to landing pages that actually get clicks. If it needs to look good, you’re on it.

• The Hybrid Workflow: You combine human intuition with AI tools to generate concepts and variations faster than traditional workflows allow.

• Motion that Matters: You know exactly when to add motion to turn a static image into a scroll-stopper, without over-animating it.

• Organized Chaos: You collaborate fast, but you keep your files tidy. (Please, for the love of design, name your layers so the next person doesn’t cry).

Requirements

• Adobe CC: Expert in Photoshop & Illustrator. Proficient in After Effects.

• Generative AI:

• Images: Nanobanana, Midjourney, or similar.

• Video: Higgsfield, Sora, Runway, or similar.

• The Skill: You don't just prompt; you know how to upscale, fix artifacts, and composite the output into professional assets.

• Portfolio: Must show a mix of polished design fundamentals, creative flair, and process.
