Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter

Your challenges will include
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Leverage multiple platforms, networks, and tools to identify and engage with top talent in diverse fields.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by guiding individuals through every step of the recruitment process.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting within the iGaming industry.
Experience with leveraging AI tools and technologies for recruitment needs, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
Expertise in utilizing social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
A strong understanding of market trends and talent landscapes within the iGaming sector.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
