Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to help scale and expand our field marketing program as we continue to grow rapidly. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our demand generation, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Design and implement a comprehensive events and experiences strategy aimed at driving significant enterprise pipeline growth. 

  • Develop a multifaceted strategy targeting both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. 

  • Oversee the logistics and execution of events, including conceptualizing event themes, creating landing pages, managing operational campaigns, coordinating with external vendors, handling branded merchandise, managing event sales staffing, and establishing lead goals and metrics for each event. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize the return on event preparation, onsite experiences, and follow-up campaigns. 

  • Transform successful campaigns and events into scalable, repeatable programs. 

  • Manage end-to-end program execution in a dynamic environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a field marketing role, specifically in B2B technology with a deep knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) space. 

  • Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and execute field marketing, events, and ABM strategies. 

  • Extensive experience with various event types, from large-scale industry conferences to exclusive, high-touch experiences. 

  • A blend of strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution. 

  • Strong project management skills, including effective communication regarding project timelines, responsibilities, and status updates. 

  • Experience working with customers in cybersecurity or related technology sectors is a plus.
