REMOTE SALES APPOINTMENT SETTER — 52 WEEK GUITAR PLAYER
We are hiring a Sales Appointment Setter to contact new inbound leads and book qualified prospects onto our sales team’s calendar.
Our company runs a premium online guitar training program called 52 Week Guitar Player. We generate a steady flow of inbound leads through YouTube, social media, and paid advertising.
Your role is to contact these leads within 1-3 minutes, start conversations, qualify them using our script, and schedule qualified prospects for a call with our closer.
The faster you respond to leads and the better your follow-up discipline, the more opportunities you create for sales — and the more commission you earn.
ROLE SUMMARY
Your primary responsibility is converting inbound leads into scheduled sales calls.
You will:
Call new leads as quickly as possible after they enter the system
Start conversations with prospects via phone and SMS
Qualify prospects using our script and booking criteria
Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the closer’s calendar
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who did not respond initially
Keep CRM records accurate with notes and outcomes
Work closely with closers to improve appointment quality and conversion rates
Track your daily performance metrics in our internal tracker
WORKLOAD EXPECTATIONS
Approximately 30–40 new inbound leads per day on average
High volume outbound calling and follow-up messages
Fast response time to new leads is critical
Consistent follow-up with previous leads
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $1,500 USD per month
Commission: $100 USD per closed deal
Commission is paid as payments are collected.
Example:
If a customer purchases our $2,400 program on a multi-payment plan, commissions are paid proportionally as each payment is received. If a customer stops paying, commission stops on the unpaid portion.
Expected earnings:
$3,000–$4,500+ per month depending on performance.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
You will be responsible for tracking and reporting your daily metrics, including:
Leads assigned
Total dials
Conversations with prospects
Calls booked (appointments set)
Shows (prospects who attend their call)
Sales generated from your appointments
Revenue generated
These metrics help us optimize the sales process and improve appointment quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong spoken English
Confident speaking on the phone
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong follow-up discipline
Organized and comfortable using CRMs and tracking sheets
Reliable internet connection
Sales or appointment setting experience preferred but not required

Able to work independently in a remote environment
Available all waking hours to call leads as they come in
SCHEDULE
This position is full remote.
Leads enter our system every day, and speed-to-lead is critical.
Applicants should be available during North American daytime hours and generally reachable throughout their waking hours to respond quickly to new inbound leads when possible.
This role rewards responsiveness — the faster you contact new leads, the more appointments you will set and the more commission you can earn.
It’s not that you’ll be working extremely hard all day, but you’ll be on call during waking hours to respond to leads as they roll in.
