Key Responsibilities
Create high‑quality, social‑first content
Design scroll‑stopping assets
Produce static, motion, GIFs, short-form edits
Build brand‑aligned social formats that can be quickly adapted across regions.
Deliver at speed across four European markets
Trans create assets into multiple languages with accuracy, nuance, and platform awareness.
Use AI translation, image/motion generation, and localisation tools to scale content quickly.
Maintain cultural relevance, ensuring each adaptation feels native to its market.
Use AI to accelerate and enhance output
Leverage generative tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) for:
visual exploration and style frames
language adaptation and text replacement
motion cleanup, rotoscoping, captioning
batch variation and automated resizing
dynamic templates for rapid regional delivery
Develop, refine and document efficient AI workflows.
Collaborate tightly with delivery teams
Work alongside Client Services to clarify briefs, timelines and deadlines.
Partner with the Post‑Production Coordinator to manage tasks, versions, and exports.
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, platform best practice and accessibility standards.
Elevate creative quality across markets
Push assets further with thoughtful design, smart motion and strategic simplicity.
Enhance global assets for local relevance, refining typography, layout, colour, and tone.
Provide rationale and visual options when needed to support client discussions.
Manage your own pipeline efficiently
Handle multiple deadlines at pace with strong attention to detail.
Maintain and update shared libraries, templates, and systems for consistency.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and flag risks early.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
2-5+ years in a social design role (agency or brand).
Proven experience producing content for multiple European regions or multi‑market brands.
A portfolio demonstrating design + motion + social thinking in equal measure.
Comfort working in high-in/out put environments with tight turnarounds.
Skills & tools
Expert in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
Strong in Figma (layouts, systems, components, translations).
Motion design fundamentals + editorial pacing & rhythm.
Experience with AI tools for translation, image/motion generation, and automation.
Bonus: Cinema 4D/Blender, Red Giant, expressions/scripting, PowerPoint pitch design.
Mindset
