As a Graphic Designer, you will support the North America business, focusing on conceptualizing, creating, and designing compelling visual assets that enhance our brand and drive our sales efforts.  You will work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to ensure consistency of designs across channels and media outlets.  Most importantly, you will collaborate with and be a pivotal part of a dynamic team that is going to grow this amazing brand in the marketplace.

Bugaboo North America is a fully remote, highly collaborative team with members across North America.  There may be some travel once per quarter for strategic planning sessions as well as a yearly in-person team event.

What will you do?

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining our visual identity across various platforms. Your primary focus will be designing innovative and high quality paid social ads, organic assets, dotcom designs, and email/SMS marketing campaigns, alongside print graphic design and marketing tools for the North America Sales team.  This role requires a results-driven individual, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and awareness of current digital marketing and design trends. In this role, you will play a part in the following:

  • Work closely with the North America Marketing and Sales teams to efficiently deliver on creative briefs across all channels, including but not limited to social, retail, web, email, and print. Ensure a highly premium and on-brand aesthetic

  • Collaborate with the HQ creative team to ensure all regionally produced assets are produced within brand guideline. Help localize any assets received from global HQ

  • Responsible for maintaining brand continuity and visual consistency across multiple digital and print channels and formats

  • Develop and create static and motion creative elements for digital marketing, including organic and paid social, email and performance marketing, digital display and advertising

  • Design retail and print layouts for the North America region, including in store graphics and POS, as well as printed collateral such as leaflets and brochures

  • Ideate and design creative materials for in-store retail events, consumer events, and in-person team meetings

  • Crop imagery and proportionately reformat assets to fit standardized and bespoke specifications across the various channels

  • Aptitude for video editing is also desirable, creating cutdowns and sizzle reels from full length campaign films to suit digital channel and market requirements

What you will bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on digital channels

  • Excels at working cross functionally within a global team; you are a strong communicator and relationship builder

  • Skilled in the latest updates of design software including After Effects, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential and competency with additional software such as Salesforce marketing cloud, InVision, Dreamweaver, Figma and Affinity Designer, and sketch up/rendering skills is also desirable

  • Able to think outside of the box and propose on-brand solutions to creative challenges that are unique to the North America region

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; you have demonstrated a high ability to deliver within set deadlines

  • Highly organized and detail oriented; you have an eye for detail and precision

  • Adaptable and agile; you can be nimble and shift gears when necessary and are comfortable with change

Compensation

Pursuant to applicable state regulation regarding pay transparency, Bugaboo discloses the following compensation details for this position:  the base annual salary for this position is $58,450 - $83,500; contingent on the applicant’s relevant experience, education, job-related knowledge, skills and other qualifications, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
