
Growth Marketing Intern
š The Role
Weāre hiring a Growth Marketing Intern to build the testimonial content engine that brings Cadenceās impact to life for health systems, providers, and patients.
This role owns the end-to-end process of identifying, reaching, interviewing, and producing patient and provider stories that make the case for proactive chronic care. Youāll work directly with the marketing team to turn real patient and provider experiences into assets that support health system partnership conversations, provider adoption, and patient engagement.
š What Youāll Do
Identify and contact patients and providers for testimonials using approved outreach workflows, scripts, and documentation processes
Conduct and record testimonial interviews, following Cadenceās consent, privacy, and compliance requirements
Use Descript to produce transcripts, organize recordings, and deliver first-cut edits for review
Partner with marketing to surface strong quotes, storylines, and moments for health system, provider, and patient-facing materials
Organize testimonial assets in Google Drive for consistent structure and easy access
Apply AI productivity tools to improve testimonial workflows (outreach tracking, transcript review, content distribution)
Coordinate with design to produce finished testimonial assets and support distribution across Cadenceās owned channels
ā What You Need
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in marketing, communications, content production, journalism, healthcare, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to conduct warm, professional conversations with patients and providers by phone
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail (trackers, project plans, structured file systems)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and ability to learn new tools quickly
Good judgment handling sensitive information within compliance and privacy workflows
Fluency with AI productivity tools (Gemini, Notion AI, or similar) and comfort applying them to structured workflows and reporting
š° Compensation
Hourly rate: $7.25/hr ā $19.00/hr (depending on location and experience)
Part-time remote position (24 hours/week, not eligible for benefits)
Set hours: MondayāWednesday, 9:00amā5:00pm ET/CT
Pay set in accordance with federal, state, and local wage laws
