Senior FP&A Analyst - Corporate

What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to help us establish the FP&A function at Camunda, and who will work on special projects. You'll be part of a global team of Finance reporting directly into FP&A.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Planning and Financial Analysis: Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast and variance process.

  • Business Partnership: Support FP&A Managers regarding business strategy, functional strategy, spending initiatives, ad hoc financial analysis and monthly, quarterly and annual planning. Build relationships with select cross-functional partners.

  • Data Analysis: Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs. Prepare insights for variance and Key Reviews.

  • Communication: Target audience to FP&A management, functional managers, and directors. Creation of executive level materials.

This is a remote role and can be based in EMEA, please find a list of available countries here. Please note most of the Camundi that you’ll work with are based in the UK and overlap in working hours is required. 

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking.

  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn FP&A technology systems, including NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Google Workspace, and other FP&A-related software.

  • Excellent attention to detail, and analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, applying working in iterations in day-to-day activities (many small steps, rather than few big steps).

  • Excitement to work in a remote, highly transparent environment.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $103,700.00 to $155,600.00

  • Germany: €69,000.00 to €103,500.00

  • United Kingdom: ÂŁ67,200.00 to ÂŁ100,800.00

  • Singapore: S$128,800.00 to S$193,200.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
