
Implementation Specialist

About the position:
This position will focus solely on EverCheck's products.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for on-boarding clients and managing client implementations. It is important that the Implementation Specialist be confident, professional, skilled in written and verbal communication, and able to develop a thorough understanding of the EverCheck platform and its suite of products. A successful Implementation Specialist will be experienced in managing complex projects, organized, resourceful, and excited to take ownership of implementations to ensure a delightful implementation experience
Your Day-to-Day:
Serve as primary contact for clients during the implementation and onboarding phase of client lifecycle
Set up client accounts in the EverCheck database, using native tools and/or a third-party client management software platform
Develop and execute customized implementation project plans and project analysis, including organizing and conducting regular workgroup meetings throughout and following onboarding.
Work cross departmentally with Development, Product, Sales, and Client Success to remove roadblocks and ensure a successful and timely implementation
Assist clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge
Ensure all workflows and processes related to onboarding and implementations are completed in a timely fashion
Ensure a successful product launch and adoption post go-live
Work with new and exciting clients on EverCheck products and services, both onsite (travel required) and online
Complete post-implementation assessments and evaluations
Requirements
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of experience implementing software in specialist and/or consultative role via Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
Adaptability - ability to pivot as needed
Ability to effectively collaborate across cross functional teams and unite towards clearly defined goals, in writing and verbally
Previous experience working in SaaS
Patient, communicative, team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Assertive and able to effectively control project timeline, scope, and resources
Proven experience working with external customers to define and implement complex solutions and/or address complex technical/process challenges
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and tenacity
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences both in person and virtually
Experience maintaining a positive relationship with clients and colleagues

This full-time position is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in the US, or can be done on a hybrid schedule in our offices in Boulder, CO and Jacksonville Beach, FL. The target pay range for this role is $55,000-75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and geographic location market value and accompanied by our full benefits package.
