 Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new Deputy Editor. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Editor to support our niche publications in the iGaming and Casino Industry. This role requires strong journalistic expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to
manage day-to-day editorial tasks as defined by the Managing Editor.

Responsibilities:

  • Editorial Support: Assist the Managing Editor in overseeing the editorial process, ensuring all content meets quality standards and deadlines. Understand essential duties required to maintain operations.

  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies that align with industry trends and company goals.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with writers and other editors to maintain a consistent voice and style across all platforms.

  • Daily Management: Handle the day-to-day details of editorial operations, including assigning tasks, reviewing content, and ensuring timely publication.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the publication’s brand and editorial guidelines.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the iGaming and Casino Industry.

Experience:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of reporting or editing news, with a strong
    inclination for the editorial and organizational side of the job.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and editorial skills.

  •  Knowledge: Current understanding of the iGaming and Casino
    Industry, including key players and trends.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a
    related field

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
    and other editorial tools.
