These principles build upon each other to drive motivation, speed, innovation, and a results-oriented, high-performing culture. We believe that culture is not just about principles, but also behaviors. This belief can be seen and felt in everything we do as Signalites.

The Role

CodeSignal is searching for a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our events portfolio from our major flagship event, Beyond, to industry conferences and intimate field events.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Events Manager, this role is designed for someone who thrives on logistics, loves making things run smoothly, and can juggle multiple events simultaneously without dropping a ball. You'll be the operational backbone of our events program, ensuring every detail is tracked, every vendor is coordinated, and every attendee has a seamless experience—while also thinking strategically about how each event contributes to CodeSignal's brand story.

If you're a natural organizer who gets satisfaction from creating order from chaos, hitting deadlines, and seeing events come together flawlessly, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on how CodeSignal shows up at events that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Own Event Operations & Logistics

  • Manage or support end-to-end logistics for events across the portfolio, including industry conferences, field events, VIP dinners, and partner activations

  • Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, AV needs, swag, and shipping logistics to ensure seamless execution

  • Build and maintain event timelines, project plans, and task trackers to keep teams aligned and on schedule

  • Manage relationships with sponsors, speakers, vendors, and venues to ensure every program feels high-caliber and buttoned up

Keep the Budget & Details on Track

  • Track event budgets, process invoices, and reconcile expenses post-event

  • Maintain organized documentation for all events, including vendor contracts, attendee data, and budget reports

  • Leverage project management tools effectively to ensure no tasks or details slip through the cracks

Execute Confidently On-Site

  • Provide on-site support during events, handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Ensure attendees, speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders have everything they need for a smooth experience.

  • Support operational questions and last-minute needs.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Work with Event leadership to maintain event calendars and reporting dashboards that provide visibility into upcoming events and performance metrics.

  • Partner closely with Sales and CS to build smart invite strategies, pre-event motions, and follow-ups that fill the room with the right people

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, event management, or operations roles, ideally in B2B tech or fast-paced marketing environments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience coordinating logistics including venues, vendors, travel, swag, and registration systems.

  • Comfortable managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build timelines, track tasks, and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event support.
