Real Estate Analytics and IT Systems Associate

Columbia Creek is an American commercial real estate firm based in Bellevue, WA, focused on acquiring and repositioning value-add retail properties nationwide.

We are seeking a remote assistant to support our real estate investment firm with lead generation, outreach, research, and operations. Responsibilities include data analysis, calling property owners and brokers, communicating with city officials, obtaining title information, organizing documents, and assisting managing partners with day-to-day tasks.

This role is for graduates from top universities in technical degrees such as physics, engineering, or computer science with up to three years of experience.

Candidates with more than three years of experience will not be considered. Prior professional experience is not required. Native-level English proficiency and full-time availability from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time are required.

You will report directly to our head of underwriting and managing partners.

This role offers a growth path from assistant to analyst to associate.

$7–$10 per hour.
