Role Description
We are seeking a remote assistant to support our real estate investment firm with outreach, research, and operations. Tasks include calling brokers, communicating with city officials, obtaining title information, organizing documents, and assisting managing partners with daily tasks.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates from top universities in physics, engineering, or computer science, with native-level English and availability from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Must hold a technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field). Up to 3 years of professional work experience — this role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow quickly. It offers a growth path from research assistant to analyst to associate.
