Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic Wellness Coach to lead and support our team members in achieving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being goals. This new role is part of our employee engagement and retention strategy and reflects our belief that a healthy team is a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to our employees’ needs (physical activity, nutrition, stress management, etc.)

• Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops on health and wellness topics

• Conduct wellness assessments and track progress in a confidential and supportive manner

• Collaborate with HR and management to promote a culture of well-being and work-life balance

• Coordinate on-site wellness events, fitness classes, and wellness challenges

• Support employees with resources related to smoking cessation, mental health referrals, and lifestyle changes

• Monitor engagement levels and adjust programming for maximum effectiveness

Qualifications

• Certified Health/Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, or similar accreditation (e.g., ACE, NASM, IIN, NBHWC)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness coaching or corporate wellness program delivery

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a motivational, empathetic approach

• Knowledge of behavior change techniques and employee wellness best practices

• Ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce, including service technicians, sales professionals, and administrative staff

• Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Experience working in automotive or blue-collar environments

• CPR/First Aid certification
