Product Designer (UX/UI)
Countly is a Product Analytics Solution that helps organizations track product performance, user journey, and behavior across mobile, web, and desktop applications. We are on a mission to create a product we can take pride in—one that empowers businesses across the globe.
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will proactively lead the design of our data-driven product. You will be instrumental in crafting user-centric experiences for our B2B data-heavy tool, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions that elevate our platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of exceptional user experiences for our B2B data-heavy tool, with a focus on dashboard design and complex application interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement product strategy and vision.
Make informed design decisions aimed at optimizing the overall user experience.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, components, and documentation in Figma.
Create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Support fellow designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
You possess exceptional visual design skills backed by a strong portfolio.
You have experience working with data-heavy applications and dashboard design.
You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Sketch; experience with Webflow and coding is a plus.
You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging seamlessly with product managers, engineers, and other team members.
Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving problems, learning, advancing your craft, and driving impact.
